The 9th edition of the New Zealand Workplace Exposure Standards have been released. The following substances have been updated.
The new WES values are:
- Trichloroethylene – 10 ppm as an 8-hour time-weighted average exposure and 25 ppm as a short term exposure limit
- 1,2,3-Trichlorpropane – 0.005 ppm as an 8-hour time-weighted average exposure
- Vinyl bromide – 0.3 ppm as an 8-hour time-weighted average exposure
- Vinyl chloride – 1 ppm as an 8-hour time-weighted average exposure
